By working with you one on one, I will be able to help you achieve your fitness goals by creating a realistic and measurable fitness program and basic nutritional coaching tailored to your needs. Not only will I create your fitness program, I’ll be with you every step of the way! You will learn correct form and technique while performing your workouts. I will be there to cheer you on and keep you moving closer to your goals. I keep your program challenging and dynamic to keep you motivated and push you past your limitations. No more guessing on what exercises will get you to your goals! Personal Training is designed to come to you, this helps save time and keep you motivated to stick to your program. No more sitting in traffic to run on a treadmill at the gym or wait for your turn to use the weights! Workouts are not limited to inside your home, I can incorporate outdoor workouts in your backyard or nearby park for added motivation, challenge, and fun. My fitness program will revolve around you!
Working out with a friend or two can make the experience even more enjoyable and add additional accountability. You are welcome to combine your personal training with up to three additional workout buddies. Keep each other motivated before, during, and after each workout session! Exercising with friends or family can help incorporate some friendly competition and further boost your commitment. By limiting training sessions to 4 people or less, each client will still maintain quality personal attention from me while I effectively monitor and correct form and technique as needed.
