What is Online Training?

Train with me in real-time no matter where you are via computer, tablet, or phone! We interact by utilizing tools such as Skype, Zoom, and Google Hangouts that way you still get personal attention and motivation during your workout without worrying about location.

During our sessions I will guide you through your custom workout program created specifically for you and your needs. Throughout our live sessions, you will be able to see me perform the exercises in order to teach you the moves and keep proper form and pace.  I will also be able to gauge how you are responding to the workout and personally analyze your progress. Customized offline workout programs will also be included between our live sessions to sustain your progress. Basic nutrition and motivational coaching is also included with access to me by email between live sessions.

Is Online Training better than in-person?

Both in-person and online training are beneficial. Online training has the added benefit of taking your training sessions wherever you are as long as you have an internet connection. This is great for people who are short on time or are always on the move. Perhaps you’re a parent and don’t want to have to go through the hassle of getting a babysitter and driving to the gym. Maybe you have a demanding work schedule and are having a hard time squeezing in a workout. Or maybe your just really interested in having me as your trainer (thank you!) but I don’t live close by. These are all great reasons why online training can help you stay on top of your health!

What kind of training can I expect?

Workouts very depending on your needs and goals whether it be strength training, weight loss, better balance, improving flexibility and more. Online training do not diminish the quality of a great workout.

How do I get started?

Start by booking a consultation with me to determine the best plan for you based on your goals. Custom workouts will be based on your goals, environment and available equipment. Your measurements, weight, and pictures will be taken at the start of the program and monitored throughout to track your progression.

Initial consultations are free with purchase of  a session/package plan otherwise there is a $25 assessment fee for the consultation. We discuss your health history and goals to lay the groundwork for your exercise and nutrition program. I also begin to teach you helpful information and give you recommendations on improving your overall health, fitness and nutrition to hit the ground running.
