I’m so excited to start my own blog page to share my passion for fitness and healthy eating as a professional certified specialist in fitness nutrition and fitness training! I want to take the time to say how excited I am in helping all who read these blogs, and take a part in my services!
Knowing I can help motivate ones to reach their health and fitness goals is the BEST feeling. I truly believe that a proper foundation to start your health and fitness journey is important in reaching your full potential and I want to use my knowledge and experience to help as many people get on the right track to reach their fitness and health goals. It may be easy for some to try starting a new healthy habit, but it can be hard for many to stay motivated and make it a lifestyle without proper motivation. Additionally, I found that many people I talk to don't know where to begin or what health advice applies to them.
Questions from my own clients and learning from my own experiences from my personal fitness journey is a big motivation behind making topics I write about. From 235lb squats and running mile after mile to crutches and physical therapy, and everything in between...I’ve learned BALANCE is key and caring for your body first is most important!
