Overwhelmed by diet culture fads? I’ll work with you to establish a healthy relationship with food while building long-term sustainable lifestyle habits. Feel confident in your relationship with food as you achieve better health, weight-loss, increased energy, and strengthen your performance to take on more of life. Trying to establish healthy nutritional habits on your own can leave you feeling overwhelmed, lost, and not knowing where to begin. I’ll have your back with the knowledge, accountability, and support you need to see the results you’ve always wanted.


Initial Consult: $50

Follow-up: $20 per session

Package Deal: $120 = Initial consult plus 4  follow-up sessions. (save $10)

Throughout our sessions, I take a comprehensive approach by addressing your health across a range of areas, including your energy levels, nutrition and eating habits, exercise, lifestyle, stress levels, weight management, and mindfulness.

What to expect...

Initial Consult:

  • 30-minute session over Zoom or Skype. 
  • Review your questionnaire and custom nutritional strategy designed to take you from where you are now to where you want to be 
  • Ongoing accountability and email support
  • Receive a copy of your complete nutritional guide

Follow-Up Sessions: 

  • 30-minute sessions to go in-depth into your progress and address any challenges you may be having. These sessions will help us adjust your action plan, habits, and eating strategies as you progress so that you’re continually moving toward your goals as quickly, safely, and sustainably as possible.

  2. I’ll Develop your custom nutritional strategy based on your information
  3. We’ll meet during your Initial consult to deep-dive into your custom nutritional strategy
  4. Receive your own copy of your custom guide in your email
  5. Stay on track by scheduling progress & accountability check-ins
